30 DAY RETURNS POLICY To return your product, please send us an email so we will be able to understand your intentions. Returning items must be with their original packaging certificate and paperwork and in the same condition in which they were received. Receiving A Refund On Purchased Items: ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A REFUND, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
